Locate the folder with the name of the game and double click to open it. Open the folders in the following order: This PC > OS (C:) > ProgramData > activeMARK > instant > apps. From the top of the new window, click on View and then tick the Hidden Items box Right click on the Windows image in the bottom left corner of your screen and choose File Explorer Solution 2 - Disable fullscreen optimization Try the game again as it should now open in full screen. 
In the same window, ensure that your text size is set to 100% (recommended). 
Under resolution, ensure it is set to what is recommended. Right click on your desktop and select Display Settings.
